Graded Explained
Some of the stock we list on this site is
graded stock. It is not factory seconds or faulty items. The items will be fully
working and come with 12 months manufacturers warranty and all accessories
unless otherwise stated. The stock will be 'as new'. It is not brand new stock
as it has been returned to the manufacturer. It may have been returned for the
following reasons:

The item will be fully checked over by the
manufacturer. We fully check the item ourselves here, If the item is not in good
condition we will not sell it. You can be assured the item you will receive will
be in as new condition. There is a chance the item will have a tatty box but it
will still be adequate for securely sending the item. There is also a chance the
item may have some slight cosmetic mark or damage. This may be a very small dent
or a little scratch. As said before if the item is in poor condition we will not
sell it.

well below retail prices which are just as good as being sold on the high
street.
